The Disc
The 610 mm disc ensures a work depth up to 15 cm, ideal not only for burying residue but also for refining the soil, for example after ploughing. The disc is set at 22° to the working direction and 17° vertically, creating an aggressive angle that improves oil penetration and residue mixing.
Hydraulic Depth Adjustment
On the UFO model the working depth is hydraulically adjusted via the rear roller, allowing the operator to make changes from the tractor cab during operation.
CULTI-HUB: Performance and Reliability
CULTI-HUB disc hubs are designed for high performance in all working conditions. Heavy-duty dual crown ball bearings, similar to those used on truck and trailer axles, ensure strength and durability. A Duo-Cone seal protects against dust, mud, and debris using two opposing tapered metal rings with an oil film barrier, as found in heavy-duty machinery. Oil bath lubrication reduces friction and minimises routine maintenance.
New C-Shaped Spring
The C-Shaped Spring combines support and shock absorption in a compact design that improves material flow between discs. Built from high-strength spring steel, it provides flexibility in heavy conditions while absorbing high-speed stresses to enhance soil refining.
